NEODEN YY1 is the entry machine into the world of automatic mounting of SMD components.
This small desktop device is primarily intended for prototype and small-series production. Its use is wide, especially in research and development centers, high schools or universities of electrical engineering.
The NEODEN YY1 is the only Pick&Place machine on the market that provides a quick return on initial investment in its class. Even less experienced users can control it, which minimizes the need for lengthy training.
One of the key features is the scooping, centering and placement of loose parts.
Centering of all parts is optical via the lower camera. The top camera is used for precise positioning and targeting of brands.
The placement machine is supplied including complete accessories for immediate operation. Its small dimensions are unique, a space of 65 x 53 x 60 cm is enough for its placement. It weighs only 35.5 kg. Nevertheless, it is characterized by highly stable, accurate and low-cost operation.
